Rules of stay

Inner rules of the villa:

Guest must follow these rules:

• Pay the full price for services upon arrival
• For guests, that did not stay the full period of payment, the villa is not obligated to give a refund
• To get accustomed to rules of safe behaver and inner rules of the villa.
• When ordering extra services - pay for them immediately.
• Don't cause any inconvenience to the other guests of the villa with any mean-spirited behavior (calm hours - from 23:00)
• Hold their personal belongings within their room or vehicle (owners of the villa are not responsible for Your personal belongings safety).
• Guest must check-out until 12:00
  
  

It is forbidden to:

• Smoke inside the building, throw cigarette-butts in the yard, all around litter in the territory.
• Without agreement with the owners of the villa make any kind of open-flame fires or use devices with open fire, use guns, fireworks.
• To bring and hold inside the villa dogs, cats and other animals.
• To let children play by the pool by themselves without any adult surveillance.
• To let children swim in the pool alone. Parents take full responsibility for their children safety.
• To go swimming in the pool while being intoxicated.
• The use of the pool is within the given timeframe: 09:00-23:00
  
  

Responsibility of the guests:

• Guests, who brought in their own food, are responsible themselves for its quality and safety.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damage inflicted to the owners of the villa during their stay.
• If damages were created from the actions of under-age people - their parents are responsible for it.
• If guests are their children do any kind of harm to themselves or their belongings because of their own irresponsible behavior or the behavior of other guests - the owners of the villa are not responsible for the damage done.
• Guests are allowed to bring in other people only with an agreement by the owners of the villa.
